Kiran Mathema, Founding Partner unveiled the vision for a new township in Kathmandu Valley to a delegation of government officials, bankers and civic leaders. The river running through the township is integrated to become the center – socially and ecologically. The development blocks follow a unique pattern shaped by the movement of summer breeze and infiltration of winter sun. Transit ways, walkways and recreation trails knit the town into a healthy and ‘greener’ living environment. Further details to follow.
