We are pleased to announce that our project the EYE (officially known as LALITA BHAWAN) has won the 2021-2022 Asia Pacific Property Awards in the Office Development category.

The building celebrates moderate climate of Kathmandu. Interior spaces are mostly ventilated naturally. Passive architectural elements such as vertical louvers, solid walls and glazing are meticulously appointed to optimize daylighting and shade. Integrated greenery and water feature are essential part of ecological response as much as creating biophilic experiences. Located in high seismic zone, the structural challenges are leveraged to create irregular geometries. All these responses together create a commercial architecture with a distinct identity.
